RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be allowed only on defective products. In all other cases a credit will be issued and a 20% fee for restocking will be imposed.

To return an item you will need to call Sweet Baby Things for a return authorization number within three (3) business days of receipt of item. Item must be received at shippers address within seven(7) business days after receipt of authorization number.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, if in current stock. Special orders will be shipped within 10 days, with backorders usually shipped within 10 days. You will be notified of the expected ship date. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be added to the order. SWEET BABY THINGS. COM and J. CHARLES ENT. LLC shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damages caused by freight handling. PCS also reserves the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternate carriers. We do reserve the right to change shipping methods IF we see that we can get the product to your customer in a more timely manner at a comparable cost. We ship only to US addresses at this time. No other international orders will be accepted.
